No. Terrorism is to intentionally strike terror in the people... Colonization is more of a seizing action to control the people, not frighten them.

Colonization itself isn't like terrorism, but in the end the same thing happens as is shown by every case of colonization ever.

Terrorism is the use of Terror as a military tactic. In my opinion it's probably the third worse tactic to use due to the fact that it targets innocent people and forces them to live in fear. The first ans second respectively would be scorched earth and genocide. Colonization is simply the action of settling a land. Colonization may lead to conflict with local populations and terrorism may be a tactic used against them but it is not unconscionable that there could be a peaceful colonization.

BTW I notice you say America uses terrorism, but you would be mistaken. America prefers using shock and awe as well as occupation. They don't intend to instil fear into the populace so it it not terrorism.

Drone attacks are intended to call a super condensed artillery strike on an area. In a way the drone attacks are a god send, because if America was using conventional artillery or air strikes there would be thousands upon thousands of more deaths. The American style of warfare is about the farthest you can get from terrorism in this day and age, but all war fare is terrifying.

you terrorize and kill innocent civilians in order to save the lives of your eunuch soldiers, that is the greatest form of terrorism

you aren't killing "terrorists", you are killing people who simply made the mistake of living in that area

But Hamas is considered a "terrorist" group for shooting hone made rockets that do nothing towards israel who respond by killing thousands.
