Yeah, or at least in this topic.

I sort of see the point in not allowing cursing since it might offend the faint of heart (and if so they can just gtfo or avoid this thread tbh), but what's so bad about all caps? Unless you make a rule against all lowercase letters, it remains to be pure biast towards people's personal way of expressing themselves through use of a keyboard.
