Chem Discussion with Miss Marwa Empty Chem Discussion with Miss Marwa

Post by Ahmed Tue Jan 12, 2010 11:27 pm

So I am inviting "da" other chemist to talk about stuff that involves chem. I don't mean HW, I mean like interesting stuff.

Well I took about "Collides" yesterday and it was quite interesting. Milk is basically a solution of collides. You could remove collides form a solution by either heating it or neutralizing the collides. We see that collides get removed when ehating, since if you have hetaed milk before, that thin layer of "milk skin" si the collides particles collidign with each other and forming that large skin.

But the book also said neutralizing its charge would work, with an electrolyte. So technically if I put salt in milk, will that skin form?

What do you think mizz Marwa Razz ?
