that is just what life is, make it count when you can because 100 years later it wont matter to you.

it would be nice to be remembered and make an impression but happiness is the biggest priority, if you haven't led a happy life then i think it has been wasted.

marwa i constantly think of thing like such and the idea of death does not frighten me as much as curiosity compels me. I am a seeker of knowledge and if i died tomorrow i would be happy because i would finally know the answer to the greatest debate.

i would not be afraid because i do worship, i'm just not excessively like the lot of you, and personally i'm a fairly good person.

i don't pray "excessively" i pray 5 times a day.. each one lasts approx 7 mins which in total 21 mins worshipping... and when i have time i read Quran and stuff...

i dont agree with the picture of God that it paints, it doesn't fit in with what i think god is and there is a good chance that devine intervention is telling me islam is wrong

It's not up to you what you think God is. You have to worship God or you will be damned. Thinking of the God that you want won't save you on the last day.

the think which strikes me as strangest about allah is he made you guys to worship him, doesn't that seem vain to you? I'm sure he doesn't need worshippers he was fine before we showed up, and the animals dont face mecca and worship.

the only reason i can see for that would be self glorification and the God i feel is right is a selfless God.

Why would that seem vain? Explain to me why you see this. Animals don't pray. They glorify Allah every second. And they won't be judged in the last day as they will turn into dust.

No one is to decide who God is. If God tells you to do soemthing, you do it. So you want to go to hell just becasue God doesn't "fit" your picture?

He did tell you what he is like in the Qur'an. Ever heard of the 99 names of Allah. Those are His attributes. What garuntee do you have?

I won't argue this silly trivial matter about us being animals. We are an intelligent species. The Qur'an got revealed to us, not to the animals. Hence you will be judged on it.
