Re: Christianity Debate!
Umm, Ahmed, he means that he agrees with the belief of Jesus (as) never sinning .
Ok, I'm pretty new here so I best take everything a little cool.
Now just a little info here. Ahmed, the Bible is a compilation of both the Torah and the Gospel; so it's not entirely distinct from the Torah. The Torah is a volume of many books believed whose authors to be either God or men inspired by God. This was true that it was originally the perfect word of God as we believe but there was variance created in it as the Quran says:
"And indeed gave We Moses the Scripture, but disputes arose therein: and had not a word already gone forth from thy Lord, there would certainly have been judgement between them; and certainly they are about it in a disquieting doubt." ~Holy Quran (41:45)
That's our belief between me and you anyway. Now as for the Gospel, it too is a volume of many books believed to be inspired by God and written down. Don't get this confused with the four Gospels telling us Jesus' life (as) since all of what is not the Torah in the Bible is considered as the "Gospel" (as a whole). We believe that it was originally the wording revealed by God to Jesus (as) and its Arabic word is "Injeel". Sadly, that too had variance created in it and now- as we believe- it's not in its original form.
You ask why did the Christians include the Torah with the Gospel? Well, it was for the simple and one reason that Jesus (as) said in both the Quran and the Gospel of Matthew that he came to fulfill the Law (which is the Torah having the Mosaic law given to Moses [as]). Thus was included the Torah. Conclusively we obtain the "Bible". And now the Torah is classified as the "Old Testament" in the Bible and the Gospel is classified as the "New Testament".
In all the Bible is divided into two segments- namely the "Old Testament" which is the Torah and the "New Testament" which is the Gospel.
By the way, need I remind you all that the Gospel(s) was/were written a century after Jesus' (as) departure? Further, on the authenticity of the Gospel, the great Christian Scholar Benjamin Wilson has translated the Vatican Manuscript on page 5 of the Diaglott-1942 Edn. It says:
"If it (the Bible) had not been published by kingly authority, it would not now be venerated by English and American Protestants, as though it had come direct from God. It has been convicted of containing over 20,000 errors. Nearly 700 Greek MSS are now known, and some of them are very ancient; whereas the translators of the common version had only the advantage of some 8 MSS none of which was earlier than the tenth century."

Re: Christianity Debate!
Den Denz, you did not responded to Ahmed's answer other than saying
Is it later yet? I just wanted to draw your attention to the fact that you are making statements without any concrete evidence. Please respond so that we can continue with this.
Another request: Please stop calling Allah (or as you prefer, God) 'god', because you can not deny that God is a devine power. And besides, Jesus Christ predicted in the Bible that there would be an Apostle after him, so you should, atleast respect, if not agree.

Re: Christianity Debate!
Sorry what do you want me to call Allah how bout just that Allah and when I say God I'm talking about what/who we blieve to be God? kk?
Hmm yeah I was baby sitting wait Ill find that post and return to it.
And concrete evidence is hard because what I call concrete you call coinsidence and that goes both ways.
My enitre believe is based on faith, faith in what I cannot see, but what I can feel and talk to.
That and the fact that the Bible is the living Word (in my belief) so much so that debating what it says is also out of context because God uses it to say different things to different people!
So all in all what is concrete?

Concrete is something which can be explained through logic. And if you cannot really explain your faith through logic, should not you learn and explore, and research on religions rather than accepting what is told to you (this is totally an opinion). Afterall, God does encourage education.

Re: Christianity Debate!
Hell yeah I never accept what is told to me!
Lol, I'm a bit stubborn lol.
But God isn't logical at all! He created us with such a simple set of rules, don't eat the fruit! Yet we did we failed God with all that he had given us we still couldn't last, and now days no matter what we do he loves us with every bit of himself. That isn't logical it's God!!

Re: Christianity Debate!
See, this is the reasons why so many of humanity are becoming atheists. People are always being told "there is no logical explanation of god" so the guys are like "wtf?" and they laugh at this concept and become atheists.

Re: Christianity Debate!
Yes, Denz please look at the topic title or look at the forum that you are pressing on
Anyhow, by blindfolded I mean, that faith is everything to you, no evidence at all.
For example:
Would you really accept the fact that some people worship a giant cookie monster? If you ask them they say we believe on faith, and they have no proof...so could you ever rebute that religion?
I am not comparing Christianity to the cookie monster in any way, I was just giving an example

Can you please explain this statement. Because, apparently you are saying that if one asks his creation specifically to not do something, he is illogical. And along with that, are saying that God will love a murderer? ('now days no matter what we do he loves us with every bit of himself').

Re: Christianity Debate!
Yes God loves a murder'er (lol) He loves everyone as they are his children.
What religion are you ameer?
And Ahmed you are comparing it to a cookie monster but thats is fine.
But the proof I have has 2 problems in this forum:
1. Our beliefs over lap so all of my "concrete" evidence you believe already
2. the rest is spiritual non "concrete" that ou see as coinsidences which is fine.
So stop saying I have no evidence becuase I do it's just not welcome in theis court room.
