She is called virgin Mary because she didn't have Jesus till old age. Also virgin=purity.

Actually you wouldnt call a 60 year old lady a virgin if she had children when she was 50, would you?

Also look at what Dictionary.com says on "Virgin":

"1. a person who has never had sexual intercourse. "

Therefore age doesn't matter.

That doesn't make a difference. A Virgin is a virgin.

A connotaion still has the same meaning.

then the word connatation wouldn't exist, but I won't get to into that age matters virginality. The fact is that Mary was pure(virgin) until she had Jesus.

Therefore she wasn't a virgin after she had Jesus(AS), right?

Great! Ok so why did God need Jesus (his son as you claim) to be born through Marry?

So he could live a life like everyone else (other than Adam and Eve).

But he isn't like everyone else...he is "God's Son" right?

He had to be like everyone else for peoples lives to be saved through the crucifiction. To save the people you must be a person.

Apart from Mary and Joseph people thought Jesus was normal in his early years. If they knew he was the son of God then he would of been taken off the streets or killed.

But didn't he tell people so Steve? Otherwise how would you know that he is the son of God if he never said it?
