According to statistics New Horizons isn't doing great. Instead of advancing, it's going backwards:

As you can see the number of topics being made, are generally decreasing.


This is pretty clear.


The worst one of all.


Does anyone have any ideas on how I could turn the table around? Am I doing something wrong?

more members. all we need is alot more members who will make alot of topics and post alot

other then get clans from other gamse to set up base in NewHorizons no. we can try selling junk like on ebay.

The clan idea is good.

We can go on runescape and offer clans their own forum on this forum for their clan!

(The idea needs to be thought out though)

Well we do have a couple of new members that are active now.

Ahmed, I personally think that nothing is wrong with the forum. Speaking for myself, the fact that the finals and regents are approaching gives me less time to come on board. I think most if not all, of us are students, so education and studies do come before anything else, right?

I can predict that this forum will be overflowing with new topics and posts as soon as the school is over, Inshallah.

More members would do well to this forum.

Gentlemen. It's been ages since I checked out on thing. AGES. By the looks of thing, things aren't going so great down here. Here's me advice. During my surfing across the web to other forums (mainly for interligence gathering and spying for Sals) I have seen that what really livens up a dull forum is Hot topics in the Debate Room. (Do we have 1?) Trust be, from my experience in Sals, a contreversial topic like religeos debates, Geo-political issues and issues on morality like same sex marrage is just the cure for a boring forum.

Anyway back to Sals for me. See u guys around k?

i think the forum is doing fine tbh, forced arguments get a really bad fake feeling around them, i mean you can just tell its only there to be controversial

I agree with Steve...I don't think the forum is "boring" either. The only problem I really have is the need for more members. Other wise I think the forum is doing great for a 6 months year old forum.

Also Phoenix no offense but that's pretty obvious...

I think we just need "active" members. We have enough members. I know another forums, lived for more than 2 years, only has around 79 members and it's only alive because the people know each other in real life

the teams have gotten a few members so far lets hope it keeps going

i know a way to get a member back. im not sure though considering he hates it. a year ago animealex left a game at my house and ill tell him go on new horizons again and ill give it to him or ill sell it

But how about if he tricks you ? Besides I think its a bad idea,...forcing someone to do something won't really work

well the thing is im gonna watch him and see if he likes the updates and im not selling it thats the wrong thing to do but i wont see him next year so hes got a big decision to make
