Flame i'm only arguing the case for a rape victim. I don't support abortion in general when it comes to married couples and all the consequences of consensual sex overall; for those that could be categorized thus it is the duty of the parents to let the child grow and stay within the natural order of things. I see it as a responsibility that respects the preservation of humanity and its dignity thereof. You've gotta have standards.

And yes it would be murder as the man still has functioning cognitive faculties and has already contributed to society somehow. Every human is valuable at this period of life (the hypothetical 100 year old man) and is still laden with reason and choice. An embryo isn't.

What? Pain is due to the nervous system and all its components (i.e. receptors, sensory neurones, synapses, motor neurones etc.); I highly doubt there's any myth to be found there.

But it's also wrong for you to tell some woman what to do with her body.

Making it a "women's right" issue is misguided. It isn't a women's right to kill a baby because she doesn't feel ready. If she wasn't ready, she shouldn't have had sex or not used protection. You have every right not to. Afterwards, it IS a consequence. The same way if you're learning to backflip, chances are you're going to hurt yourself.
