Turkish campaign is probably one of the toughest ... you don't have great infantry compared to the Byzantines so you have to beat them in field battles, aka non-siege battles and you're relatively poor ... and the Byzantines get some horse archers that are even better than the Turkish Sipahis ... but later on you get Janissary's and the best siege weapons and the best firearms and archers ...

You don't know how to play. Turks must get eliminated to win with Egypt or Byzantines.
