it is in my opinion that showing flesh in areas other than the head, neck, arms, hands, and legs is immoral and leads to perverted thoughts... with the acceptation of feet. I just dont like feet.

displaying your private parts in generally prohibited, in some legal, some moral, and some traditional doctrines. As a female's top half contains private parts, it is generally considered immoral, and indecent to go topless...

Some what to the point: I read that even the French Topless Beaches are witnessing a decline in the practice, especially among the younger generation...go figure!
