there are different definitions to being a good Muslim..

your being a hypocrite ahmed. if you dont want to judge someone then you should treat them with a neutral respect, not think they are a sinner or even worse say they are.

yes but no where does it explicitly say that they will not be forgiven ... infact shirk is mentioned as the only sin that won't be forgiven ... which by default means all other sins can potentially be forgiven
