"Love" is simply a concept, as I've believed. Once humans started banding together, they needed something more than just physical attraction. Mostly because of women (they are by nature monogamous). Then as people started to believe in "love," we started feeling it. Without lust, love cannot originate.

Love originates from lust though. So you've had to lust for someone in order to love them. That's why relationships fail without a physical relation.

what if a girl was talking to you over the phone, it doesnt matter how the conversation started but you are making each other laugh a lot and have a lot of common intrests, dont you want to meet her?
