we dont know if there is more for God to tell us... i still dont get why the prophets stopped. no one would have doubt if they were still around.

Because the message has ended. The point of the Prophets were to convey a message. As for God, He is answering prayers.

God said:

"...This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion...." (5:3)

i know your not meant to think this but from an outside point of view... dont you think its odd he created islam with a single prophet? if it was me i would pick a new prophet every 100-200 years and have them be a beacon of faith, thats kinda what the church does with popes

Well that's what you don't get. Islam started since the time of Prophet Adam (AS) all the way through, Noah (AS) Moses (AS), Jesus (AS) etc etc. They all called on the worship of only ONE God and that is what Islam calls for.
