My chem teacher who is an XXY took off 5 points from my group presentation individual grade for laughing with the rest of the class.

My group had done a presentation on ethers. And TBH I said and explained the most things.

When the next group presented someone said something funny...so the whole class laughed. The XXY teacher took off 5 points from my grade and someone else's grade for laughing -____-.

So now I have and 85 as a grade...and this other kid that was in my group has a 90 because she didn't see him laughing, and he hardly said anything in the presentation.

i say you just tell your teach off, he cant do anything if you just bad mouth him. and if he gives you c%%p about it later just get a witness to point out he was lieing and he will be fired =D

its really hard to get a teacher fired in NYC, try talking to him or your guidance counselor

an XXY are the chromosomes for a man. So, it's a trans I think he's trying to say

Lol, an XXY is also knwon as "He-Shes" a person who is born with both a male and female repreoductive system...happens from a chromsome mutation.

XYY is also known as super-male...they are basically men but assocciated with crimes. Most men in jails have XYY studies say.

Ummm, do you actually know what an xxy is ? Don't go by the movie, that person had CAH and it was easier to call the movie xxy than Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia.

I think it's when someone has two x chromosomes, one y.

That is called Klinefelter's Syndrome and preferably it is called xxyism for short as what all born xxy males (physically speaking) are but thier chromosomes have a combination of xx (female) and xy (male). Most of them are raised male and don't know the difference until they would want to have kids. By that time, they wonder why it isn't working out like they planned and thier diagnosis is Klinefelter's.

You would no know a Klinefelter's person from anyone else. There are no physical attributes to an xxy. They look like anyone else but in time they have an inner conflict within as to whom they are later in life, probably after puberty.

How do I know so much ?

I have been diagnosed as Klinefelter's at the age of 22. I will put up a picture as my avatar and you can judge for yourself.

I would suggest that for future references that you inform yourself of what terms are before you label people. Each of us are different in many ways some of which are apparent and some are not. It's okay to make mistakes, it's not okay to not learn from them.
