ahmed, we both failed. God wants to reach people and people want to reach God. its both who have done something incorrectly if the two havent met.

i get that prayer should be optional but the things your saying just dont fit in with god making us. Or trying to get his religion to the people (a religion strives to get the most people following it)

1. Angels were the ones made to worship Allah SWT and to worship him alone
2. Allah SWT gave humans a free will (which angles don't have), he told us what is right and what is wrong via Quran and Hadith... it is up to us whether to accept it or not.. if u do accept it there will be rewards (heaven) if not then consequences (hell)...

i thought our purpose was to worship him.

i do what is right and wrong without worshipping something that may not exist.

i dont want to live a life where im constantly threatened with going to hell. and if there is an afterlife and I am sent to hell then i am fully prepared for it.

i do expect to reach heaven without worshipping god if there is an afterlife, it is just a Big carrot for living a good life and that is something i do proudly.

Allah SWT forgives all.. the only sin allah SWT doesn't forgive is kufr (saying god doesn't exist, or saying there is another god or w/e)..
