Added a new loading image

Using CSS, Java and HTML I made this little loading image. When the page is refreshing, a loading image will pop-out, and once the page is loaded, the loading image will disappear by fade.

It's annoying because it stays longer than it takes the page to load but it does look nice

It's actually timed to fade away the second the page fully (100%) loads. So your page must have not fully loaded (as in all codes load).
