A&P class is now a gamble

A&P class is now gambling. Our final exam is optional. My current grade is a B-. If I choose to take the final here is my score breakdown (test is out of 120 questions):
If I get 117+/120 I get a b+. if I get a 102-116/120 I get a b. If I get 101-88/120 I stay at my current grade. 87 and less means that I would go down. This is what I'm gambling.

To take or not to take?

Due to a single class?
I'm confused.

Not taking the final. Going from a B- to a B hardly means anything for me. It would just increase my gpa by about 0.01
