Stunts class

Will for gym I'm having stunts and tumbling class...rare to get yet yay I got it

In this class I'm supposedly going to learn stunts like back flipping, cart wheels etc. I only know how to do a summer-salt

Any advice on how NOT to fall a million times?

LMFAO! HAHAHAH i took a class like this in middle school! lol just make sure you guys have good back up people and dont put to much force on your hand or else it will HURT!

LOL Ahmed go do a trainers class! Over here its when you play all sports and then help you gain weight and teach you how to manage your weight and all emergency injuries you will have in a sporting event

he refuses to eat 3k calories per day...i told him that would get him to gain 2 lbs per week, but nooooo...

It's not up to me fifi. I still think back flips are cool

start out with 1800 and work ur way up 200 extra cals per week or something...and once u hit 3-3.2k or watever then keep it there till u hit 140-150 or w/e....then maintain that with i think 1.8k cals per day...

i would teach you but .. naa you wouldnt want to learn from a a girl! lol
