Re: Philosophy Exam tomorrow
In regards to my Philosophy exam today. Turns out it was a legit Philosophy exam and not the fluff, such as writing facts from a story, that other Philosophy professors did. This was a legit exam that was made to confuse you. As my professor said, "This is punishment".
The known known is that I know I either did good or bad.
The unknown known is how I feel I did on this exam.
The known unknown is that I probably passed somehow.
==================
A sample question is:
Bob is truly and completely ignorant. To him this is a:
A)Known Known
B)Unknown Known
C)Known Unknown
D)Unknown Unknown
I put Known Known but someone explained its "Unknown known" because since he is ignorant, he is then ignorant of the fact that he ignorant, but it's still true.
@Justice: IDK? Umm...so we could answer people who ask us what is the meaning of life.

Re: Philosophy Exam tomorrow
I did so horrible, it's not even funny.
I started the Extra Credit assignment that he is allowing us to do. I'll have to read a 250 page book called, Solaris, and write a paper on it based on the prompt that he'll give me. He said it could boost my final grade by a maximum of 10%!
That will definitely save my chance of getting an A in the class. I hope I get all 10% though .

Re: Philosophy Exam tomorrow
I know. That's exactly why I need an A in the class. It'll serve as a safety net later on when I take the difficult pharm courses.

I care. I want a top GPA. For myself.
That's also why I accepted Honors. For myself.

Also if I get less than a 3.0, then I lose my scholarship.

Re: Philosophy Exam tomorrow
But by the time I take Pharm courses I might. Pharm courses are difficult, as you know. That's why I'm trying to create a safety net GPA in my first 2 undergrad years.
