    Okay. Are we inherently evil?

My answer is no. What we do is try to make the best for ourselves. The difference between following that natural instinct (like every other living thing on earth does) and evil is that we are only trying to have ourselves succeed, while evil is when you consciously prevent other people from advancing just for the sake of not having them advance.

your argument over whether of not we are inherently 'Evil' is flawed due to the fact that as a society we have no set gauge of evil. One may say killing a child is Evil, but defending a criminal who killed a child just as an example.

We defend the criminal because we cannot be 100% sure that it was he who killed the child. Remember, eyewitness evidence is the least reliable due to human error and bias.
Did I not just define evil in my post?
Sure, killing the child is evil. But you cannot convict someone of a crime unless there is no reasonable doubt that he or she did the crime. Because of that, the criminal is given the right to an attorney.

well grammar fall on my part, I was trying to stress how easy it truly is for a corrupt organization of craft individual to avoid prosecution, as such leaving the system only to hurt those who are forced into an evil situation.

you mean the one that sends a minority group to torture dungeons without any proof of wrong doing and denies them trials?

    They're not accusations

The people being tortured in America's dungeons in Guantanamo are simply there on suspicion.

They have been rejected any trials obviously because THEYRE NOT GUILTY.

Everyone here always looks on the bad side of everything. Why not be grateful for what you have?

Okay, another question. Are human beings of greater value than other animals?

you see a dying dog and a dying human ... and can only save one ... you'd obviously go for the human

If you look at it that way, yeah. But wouldn't a dog save the dying dog? I mean, it's natural to prefer your own species. But is it really right to raise animals just to kill them?

It should be life in solitary confinement or something.
