First, we don't beat women. Second, wtf are you on chopping off ears and noses and leaving them for dead? That's completely secular. And it's only covering your hair and you body so men do not look upon women in lust.

lol your fighting me like i actually beleave such things, ill have you know even if i dont follow your religion i do understand it and somewhat tolerate it. The positions i gave is what the average American would see, not someone who will actually put effort into understanding... but the part about not trusting anyone is correct, and useful.

I fight everyone the same, I argue every point they throw at me unless I can't retaliate it.

And the average American isn't like that, from any personal experience.

Not at all. A majority are American and not either Christians or Athiests.

I'd say the amount of Muslims I interact with is 2% or less.

Guys, I think we should stick to the topic on this thread. If you want to make a separate topic regarding the misconceptions regarding Islam, I will be more than happy to talk to you there.

I think it is one of the very basic American tenets to let this mosque be build. The proposed Islamic center is to be a community center for education and wellness of the people. If we continue to encourage hatred and separation, we are going to have a society with limitations and that should not be the case. I am very happy to cite Mayor Bloomberg's adamant support of this plan as a token of humanly values.
