Hmm i think the longest i have ever played is about 7 hours (it was a Saturday). I played all morning and a little past lunch (I was starving!) and you should probably go outside for a little while every now and then.

thats non-sense, just take exercise seriously and pay attention to your forearms, wrists and hands. The biggest risk is RSI which i have never had despite being a devoted gamer.
