Even if we lookback at history. When the Romans went to Carthage and poured salt on all land (so it gets runied). And killed or enslaved all men, and raped all women...that was seen as barabric to their times! And we have gotten this far yet there are some people who see the killing of civilians as ok, or acceptable.

ok, so coming back to the topic. This house us resolved that killing civilians in a war intentionally, with knowledge of civilian presence, is a war crime, right?
