you could try an exercise where you get a small bottle of water, and hold your right arm straight up (with your left arm supporting it just between your elbow and shoulder) and bending your forearm so your wrist goes from being straight up to behind your head and back again slowly, you do that 10 times then swap arms, as many times as you want but don't over do it, press ups are good too, they do your torso too

Im a little confused...so basically I get a water bottle and put it on my right hand and just raise it and lower it?---> How will that give me arm muscles

you keep your upper arm held straight up and your lower arm goes up and down, yes
Try it, make sure you keep your upper arm straight up, do it 20 times if your so confident, its good and easy to do.

it depends on you. i hear you have to do about 10 mins of excersise before it starts making a difference, and you should notice a change within 2 weeks. im not an expert so dont trust me

pushups, pullups, dumbells, there are tons of ways but i doubt youll notice any major visible change in a month unless you really know what you're doing ....
