New Theme/Skin + A themed toolbar + Cleaned the forums up a bit

I have come to realize that the PunBB version has the annoying large space between posts. That seems to be irremovable. So I have switched over to PhpBB3 instead. I have chosen this skin as it has a clean and sleek look to it IMO. It used to have an issue of an overlap between the Navbar and the logo, I fixed that. I centered the logo.

I also themed the toolbar to match the current skin.

Cleaned the forums up a bit.

Till now I didn't find any issues at all with this skin.

If you find an issue, let me know. Also let me know of what you think of the skin. If the majority like it, then we could start to make a new logo and set of buttons/navbar buttons.

Do we even get email notifications for topics anymore, or is that handled by the toolbar now?

Go to Profile -> Notifications

You could set everything there, regarding whether you want notifications by email, toolbar or none.

Never mind, emails are coming through again. For some reason they stopped in the morning up to the afternoon.
