My Advice: You are entering Undergrad. If you are planning on ending your academic life with a bachelors degree, then go to the best school you can. If you are planning on going further (Grad, Professional school) then don't go to a school that you'll have to pay a lot for. Go to the school that you'll pay the least in (or they pay you). School rank doesn't matter at all in this case. All colleges do give you the same education, or otherwise they wouldn't be accredited.
Trust me. Once you have a Doctoral, Masters or PhD (Which you get in a professional or grad school) your bachelors will be useless, just like your HS diploma.
