Look alikes

Do you believe that somewhere in the world, there is someone out there who looks exactly like you? I do, and 1 for every person

Of course not. Even twins don't look exactly the same! So what makes you think that a person that you are not related to would look like you?

Twins? Also as I said before twins don't even look alike.

i dont think thumb prints can all be unique... but thats quite a different matter

Of course they are! My Bio Lab teacher just told me last week that for twins, they are the only people that could ever have the same fingerprints...but still...it will be mixed up, as in, the fingerprint that are in the left hand of one twin will be in the right hand for the other and vice versa.

i mean a single thumb print from each person... alot of people think they will be compleatly unique but there are billions of people on this earth and thats only 2cm squared roughly

i think (and unfortunatly its only an oppinion) in nature its impossible to be unique forever is every leaf unique?

ahmed's right, plants can be genetically identical if you take a clipping from one plant... but if you gave 2 million people a 2cm squared peice of paper each and told them to draw something you will get the same picture twice atleast once

the data has never been collected. no one has seen a match before but that doesnt mean its impossible. i hear theres over 6.6 billlion people... How can they all have unique patterns on their right thumb?
