I understand now.
I was talking to somebody on Battlelog (Battlefield 3 forums) and inadvertently solved the question of God's existence.
I thought I would post my findings here because of the religious diversity.
Because I've been typing for a while and I gotta leave soon I'm just gonna screen-shot most of my writing. There's two sides of my proposed argument. The first one shows the rational view against religion. The second supports it, and begins with the one liner. And yes, this is all my writing.
So, God / Allah / Buddha / Flying Spaghetti Monster both exist and don't exist simultaneously.
Maybe I'm slow and someone's already mentioned this somewhere, but I'm happy to have figured this out myself. What do you guys think of it?

Sorry, I can't bother reading all that. Need a tldr version.
Also FYI God = Allah. Allah is how you say "God" in Arabic. Christian Arabs refer to God as Allah.

Re: I understand now.
TL;DR
Truth is defined by belief. Is that what you are going for?

Re: I understand now.
Buddha is not a god. He is someone who sat under a tree for 49 days meditating until he realized what is the cause of human suffering. He then began teach and spread his beliefs across Asia. Buddhism is essentially a godless religion.
As for my beliefs on why god(s) exists, I believe they are extraterrestrials who have taught (Whether purposely or not) us enough basic survival skills to form a civilization, and primitive humans have mistaken their technology for "magic".
Laugh at my theory all you want, but I do know that there is a group of inhabitants on an Pacific ocean island that worships World War 2 U.S. Aircraft and various Allied military officers in an attempt to get us to airdrop more supplies just like the U.S. military did in WWII.

This article is 5 pages long, but if you want to read it here you go:

During the times of Zeus, Ra or Shangdi, wouldn't us humans, being in an primitive state and possessing no advanced knowledge about the world we live in, wouldn't we mistake extraterrestrials for gods as well?

Re: I understand now.
BTW I believe in what I believe cuz it can't be proven wrong.
Quran says: Do they not consider the Quran (with care)? Had it been from other than Allah, they would surely have found therein much discrepancy.

My TL/DR: How you perceive the world is what you make of it.
Reminds me of Allegory of the Cave by Plato.

Re: I understand now.
Being born and raised a Christian I set out for some answers and this came to me.
It changed my life dramatically but it was all for the better.
Due to me knowing this I stopped my search for answers and chose to live a less troubled life. Often overlooking people's flaws telling myself "different people, different beliefs" (or thoughts/mindset).
