Yay for Playstation Plus trial...
This came at a time when I'm suffering from a bit of multiplayer fatigue as well, so I got the following games for free for a month:
FarCry 2
Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Saints Row The Third
Started to play each of them, all of them are pretty good! Made a pretty weird character in SR3, and I can't stop laughing every time I start up the game!

I love Deus Ex, I own physical copies of the first two.

Yeah, go to a crib, access it and there should be a gang customization option. If it doesn't show up, progress through the story more. These outfits aren't for people like Shaundi or Pierce, just the unnamed gangmembers that protect your safehouses and can be called for reinforcements in battle. Some outfits have to be unlocked by doing optional challenges. For the National Guard, do all 6 Tank Mayhem activities.

My brother really had to fight me to get it, but when I finally did it was well worth it.

Just beat the game... and to celebrate, I enabled cheats just to give my character and ton of money to get almost all of the upgrades.
