I want someone else to be in charge of this 5+ year old website.

This isn't a joke or a trick. I'll say this now, founders cant have their admin rights removed but I give me word that Ill no adminship/moderation anything of that sort if I give adminship to someone else.

I want a caring person who thinks they can run this forum.
