The rite aid that I currently work in is Non-Union. My friend who also works at rite aid (but a union store) told me to leave it and join a union one. Rite aid union store>>>, way more benefits and tuition assistance.

I don't like unions, but if their strong and your able to get in abuse the heck out of it!
