That's an unanswerable hypothetical.
Germany had many military prototypes that would have excelled in combat but the war ended just a little bit too early for them to be fielded effectively. Had those been fielded they could have changed the course of the war (the Germans designed
this thing or something like it all the way back in the 1940s. It took America forty more years to create ours). However there's no telling what the British and Americans also would have come up with in that time, and although the war would have lasted much longer without the Russians, Germany probably still would've lost. And let's not forget the atomic bombs.
