What the hell? Of all streets thats freaky, its like a skinny body with a huge demon head turning a full 180 degrees to the back to look at the camera

Like only the head has a defined shape...the rest of the body is a blurry square.

I think you got that off memebase. I went there when that was posted, and went to it and it just looked like an African statue.
