Yeah, I'm pretty sure about that.
I'm pretty sure you'd have to reinstall the CustoPack theme you chose in order to get it back though. But that'll be simple, just 2 or 3 clicks and you've got it back.

No. I'm talking about the ORIGINAL theme. The one that came when I got this computer. Will I get that back?

Not directly when you uninstall.
I'm guessing that it'll show a weird combination of stuff once uninstalled.
But under personalize you can simply select it.
