It's fast and easy. I've had no problem with safety. So I assume all three. Flash files are a little bit slow though, but that's the least of my worries.

I'm not sure about the fastest, though it is pretty fast. Either way, the most well known browsers now are IE, FireFox, Opera, Safari, and Google Chrome.
