No. end of story. The Iraq war was a war over resources, the fact that the popular religion of the region of the world which happened to sit over vast amounts of oil is different from the attackers does not make it a holy war. It's also worth noting that insisting this is a holy war because or a large christian population in America is disrespectful to my self, Every follower of Jesus Christ, and the US military which is composed of a range of different beliefs and cultures.

There were some christian extremists in the US Army but we shouldn't generalise and call it a christian crusade; that's a very narrow-minded outlook on the state of affairs in the middle east.

Not in the sense that all members of a faith are of a generic mindset, but that the actions of a couple of publicised extremists reflects on the teachings of their faith.

Those people weren't in the US army. They came and were supported by the US army. They are are missionaries.

I'm not poor, and although I don't know my family's income, because whenever I've asked my parents have said it's none of my business, I do know that it's over $100,000. I want to join the army because I want the experience of warfare.
