any "Khanate" is related to the Turks, Mongols or any other people from C. Asia

Nah I doubt it ... they exhibit features of both "Caucasians" and "Mongoloids" ... they're a mix between the two ... and theres a million types of Turkic people ...

The reason why they exhibit features of Caucasians is simply because of the Ottoman Empire. Marriages between the races, and of course integration.
