i tested ... russian horse archers are the best which is bs and their tsar guard is the best heavy cavalry ...ca cheated us big time .. mamluks should easily be best cavalry followed by the turkish mounted units ... idc about infantry because historically turks/egypt didnt have the best ... but the gun powder units of the turks shud be the best
