dude i just got owned and lost my confidence in taking citadels ... but my army was mostly militia ... I tried taking Caen from England and they had nearly a full garrison and 2 high level generals inside and they had reinforcements ... I should've just attacked the army outside of it and made it a field battle ... that way I would've fought both armies on the field and I would've had a better chance of being them that way ... and if I would've won the Citadel would've been mine ...

AI is RETARDED ... they could've easily beaten me and taken Kiev and I thought they were ... they actually blasted down the walls and rushed in ... i placed my stakes in front of the gate and the timurid cavalry never went there so they never got killed ... they still had twice as many men as me at the end of the timer thing but they were just sitting and shooting arrows instead of attacking!

I also took the citadel of Caen taking England out of mainland europe (finally ) and I also took Stockholm leaving Denmark with like 1 settlement left ...

Crusade was called on Constantinople and so I'm preparing for that now ... I got my assassins and archer army waiting outside Constantinople ...

I'm about to start preparing my navy for a naval invasion of England ... I'll take Iberia later, England is more important ...

FINALLY took Sarkel from Timurids ... I'm off to take their last settlement and have them go away for a while ... they're BEYOND annoying now ...

Also eliminated Denmark ... so now I'm active against Egnland and Portugal ... and I'm losing money every turn ... only making like 15k a turn because these idiots keep blockading my ports and because of random plagues ... the year is 1730 btw and no one has gone to the Americas yet lol ... after I take England and Iberia, I'm sailing to the new world ... screw the rest of eastern europe and I want to make the Moors my vassal so I'll see how it works out in Africa ...
