Can someone tell me the max allowed number of PM's per rank?
Like before I reached my max as a regular member, so it said 100%.
But now that I'm a noble I've had over 50 more PM's and it still says 100% (but it's not deleteing over old messages like it did with my last rank).

4) goto private messages (under messages & emails)
