There is one discrepancy in the show. Vegeta said that the Super Sajin is a person every 1000 years. That's after years of handwork and training. Yet Goten, Gohan and Trunks were able to be SSJ.

They're like any other main characters..
They become over powered.

But they aren't main. Goku is the main character.

Nah it was over with Freeza ... Cell was due to fan pressure and so was Buu

Goku was supposed to become the legendary SSJ and finish off the tyrant overlord of the universe on an epic climactic battle on a dying planet and then perish in its explosion ... the low class saiyajin child who fell from the stars on Earth with the intent to wipe out all life on it becomes the legendary warrior of a near extinct race and destroys the being responsible for the genocide of his race in a final battle for the cosmos .. endings don't get better than that man ...

Alright...tell me why Goku sacrificed himself in the cell saga. It was pretty much because he knew it would end there. His son would be viewed as the successor and done. I do agree though that buu was made due to pressure.

Goku couldn't die in the Freeza saga since Goku promised Gohan that he would meet him back on Earth.

Toriyama was literally done with DragonBall .. the Freeza saga explains EVERYTHING and was clearly his best work ... we find out the story of the dragon balls, Goku, Piccolo/Kami etc.

LOL Cell is a cheap genetically engineered bug compared to Freeza and is only comparable because he has Freeza's genetic makeup in him.

Freeza was by far more evil and assumed the title of the most powerful being in the universe, even the Kais feared him. Cell just wanted to destroy, Freeza wanted make others suffer and succumb to his will, dude was the most feared galactic overlord of the universe. He had henchmen and everything.

Only kids will think Cell is as good as a villain s Freeza.

GT was made for money ... Toriyama didnt' really "create" it .. he helped out and did some stuff but he never wrote the comic for it
