What is it?

Oh yes, my Pakistani friend from last year got it when he went to Pakistan. Its this "emulator" type of program, that you can play games on.

it looks like you can make your own game with it actully :S It doesn't look as good as a map editing package for most on line games though

Kinda ... but you can costumize MUGEN and add different characters and stages. Heres ssj5 goku vs The Nightmare / Broly SSJ3 on MUGEN:

I had it in my old pc, is freaking funny if you find 2d games funny, it is actually a 2d fighting game, where you can have characters from evereything even make your owns, you cna make fights like naruto v goku, mario v triple h, wolverine v mr game and watch, you can add stages, characters, and you can change the storyline to create your dream fighting game. I got alot of characters and when my pc wrecked off I was like nooooooo. But if oyu pplay it too much it gets boring.
