A tyrant is a leader that is in control of places in which they aren't at. Like people count the full Great Britian to be ran by a tyrant.
It was changed to that due to a roleplay event that I created, which didn't exactly follow through.
I cannot refer you to the exact thread it was because I'm not sure where it is.
