i think Zezima quit before the 136 level cap, but i quit as well so i would not know =P

u mean bots/scripts? yeah ive heard about them but i also heard jagex can detect them or something

maybe it was account sharing ... but then again jagex can track IPs, right?

I only play when new F2P updates are made.

It's quite simple when you have dedication. My brother is ajunior and he quits during the school year. He has a full halloween mask set, an easter egg, etc. And he has quite high stats. I believe his lowest is like 70.

that faggot had the max 200M XP in like 7 stats and over 2B total XP and someone like Zezima who played when it first came out in '01 only had like 1B XP after 6 years of playing, and I never saw this kid anywhere near the HS when I used to play.
