Ever saw the clips from 00:25 at 1:12 before?

It's from DBZ Gaiden but it's in freaking Japanese!!!!! Do you know where I can find an english version?

Some arguments about gaining the license to release it on DVD in English started when news about Dragon Ball: Yo! Son Goku and His Friends Return!! was first heard.
