Choose whichever minor interests you the most, or whichever one is at the same school your major is in. Just an opinion, but I'd go with Political Science.

The best way to prepare for the SAT is to just get practice books (Kaplan, Princeton Review etc) and study. You could also join a study program like the Kaplan one but it'll cost you. I believe however that studying by yourself is sufficient enough. Good Luck. If you have any other questions, please ask. I took it 3 times.

You'll need to check. Some colleges don't care about the SATs. Check the college that you want to apply to.
