- An adult who has a BMI between 25 and 29.9 is considered overweight.
- An adult who has a BMI of 30 or higher is considered obese.
BMI means body mass index and im not going to go into how to work it out but basicaly it can tell you if your at a healthy weight or not by taking into account your weight, height and gender.

i dont see many obese people in general at all where i live
Ive never seen a kangaroo, should i be convinced its part of a conspiracy or trust that they could exist, somewhere in the world, and everyone else isnt just making it up. if you want proof look up obeasity figures for america and if you have the skills you might see why people say america is the fattest place in the world.
