best final fantasy game yet
whats the best final fantasy game yet it could also be a spin off
i say that FFVII is my favorite due to the fact that most of the people in the game were amazing and the bosses were hard i also liked FFX for getting the legendary weapons i havnt unlocked all of them 100% like the magician girl has the onion knight doll and you need to dodge lightning i think its 200 times in a row without being hit then make it to this chest and the summons i have them all and i love the mummy thing he was hard to get and the megas sisters are good to though they suck without the special

you've played nine right? I fyou haven't you should. This game is on equal terms with Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy X.

Re: best final fantasy game yet
Well yeah I thought Dirge of Cerberus was alright but they strayed too far away fron the original style of Final Fantasy.

Re: best final fantasy game yet
i have to say ff X was the best i also have all the aeons, and they dont suck once you get them stronger and if you know how to use themwe ll together. And yes the mummy guy is good (anima) but his overdrive did like no damage to a boss i was fighting then i used the magus sisters one and it destroyed them in one hit, also anima wasnt that hard for me atleast. Also i have all the legendry weapons but only 4 of them fully powered up the rest have only been powered up once KIMAHRI,LULU, and wakkas but ill be geting wakka once i start playing again. Also yes you do have to dodge 200 times which i almost did. I havent played number 7 so i dont know yet. but so far ive got to say X is the best!

Re: best final fantasy game yet
try and get FFVII dirge of cerberus its not the best but i think its still a fun game due to it kinda being an exploration game being one of the only fps/rpgs ever created and when vincent does his overdrive its sick

Final fantasy is all rubbish tbh. its almost as much of a waste of time as an MMORPG

Well thats your opinion not everyone elses and we're discussing which Final Fantasy is the best not if Final Fantasy sucks all together or not so if you wanna talk about how much Final Fantasy suck go start your own topic. I'm pretty sure plenty of people would love to argue you.

Re: best final fantasy game yet
fair point mate, its just final fantasy fan boys make me feel ill, OK let me correct my last post. The best final fantasy is "final fantasy Ski slope" the thing i like about this one in particular is that it doesn't exist.

Re: best final fantasy game yet
for the games.. Imaginatively lengthy and incredibly complex combat system, You would be better of to just buy a book.
i think the game really boils down to the story, i mean turn based combat might as well not be in it and people could just run around watching it like a film, if you made a game, purely of all the final fantasy battles, it would be rubbish, and really, for me, that that tells you something about the game.

Well yes I also hate it when people obsess over things like video games, anime, bands, etc, but everyone obsesses over something they're intersted in , like you, there has to be something you hold high standards for right?

Re: best final fantasy game yet
theres lots of different things i'm intrested in, but seeing as this is about final fantasy il try and stick with games, and i would say, a game series that i would get allmost every release for eventually, would be the resident evil games

even umbrella chronicles which is kinda a rip off of house of the dead
Re: best final fantasy game yet
its a rail shooter, thats a genre not a rip off of another game, if your going to be like that you might as well say time crisis is a rip off of the house of the dead too

Re: best final fantasy game yet
Well I played the game "final fantasy 7" when i was little (7-6 years old )
Ive never played other final fantasy game since that age
My favorite character was Claud (everyone likes him) and the big white bear/cat? with a cat in his shoulders/head
Also the best part of disc1 was when you drive! Barret takes somethin like a pickup/moto
and Claud cant remember

Re: best final fantasy game yet
cloud you mean but try facing the special weapons if you can talk about hard. i think theres emerald which is underwater in a sub, ruby on ground, and omega which is a lot easier then the other two.

It's not Omega it's Ultima WEAPON but yeah he was hell of a lot easier than Emerald and Ruby plus you get Cloud's ultimate weapon from him called Ultima Weapon and Emerald wasn't that hard and about Ruby I've never been able o beat him.

Re: best final fantasy game yet
id give it 9/10. what its about is you play as 4 orphans 3/4 of the parents die in a crash because one never had a family. this guy is considered a god called noah. he had 3 disciples. when he died he left them all 3 great gifts. one of them zant got mortality which was the best gift of all according to another disciple and thought it was the worst. this caused him to turn evil and freeze time for almost all the world. the only thing that wasnt frozen was the floating continent where you start out and must unfreeze time and then stop zant. after you unfreeze time more of the world is accesable and you must find all the keys to these statues so your ship can get through to zant.
