    how do you guys deal with stress, i am in need of something to calm me down before i snap and break something.

    1.Keep punching or hitting a pillow.
    2.Have a stress ball? Use it.
    3.Listen to calming music.
    4.Take a nap.
    5.Eat? It helps some people.

    I just use the computer. That's how I deal with stress.
