Good Prog. Music?

Hey, I keep on waking up at 3:00am. I have trouble falling back alsleep, somedays I would stay awake. So I would like to know if there was any good progressive bands that I could listen to.
I'd perfer intermentals, maybe metal. I don't mind, as long as it's soothing. I would download and listen to the sounds of nature, but I wanna see if prog. music will calm me and help me sleep better.

I easily get paranoid, and most of the time I wake up paranoid. So hopefully you guys can suggest stuff that doesn't resemble much darkness...
